TPR REFORMER FOUNDATIONS

Whether you’re new to reformer Pilates or simply wanting to revisit the fundamentals, this class is designed for you. You'll build confidence on the reformer as you learn the Pilates principles in a supportive and welcoming environment. Slower transitions give you the space to gradually build your strength, mobility and control - at a pace that is adapted to each individual in every class.

TPR DYNAMIC REFORMER

Experience the energising flow of our Dynamic Reformer class. Designed with a progressive teaching approach, this class builds on the foundations learnt in our Reformer Foundations sessions. You’ll improve your muscular endurance, strength, flexibility and coordination. Expect a full-body challenge that leaves you feeling recharged and more aligned.

TPR ATHLETIC REFORMER

Elevate your fitness with our higher-intensity reformer class. This class fuses dynamic reformer Pilates with strength training and explosive movements to build muscular endurance, functional strength, power, agility, and cardiovascular capacity. Get ready to sweat, push limits, and have fun!
